With their mild flavor, the yellow perch is one of the finest pan fish. Don’t be fooled when you go to a restaurant though, because white perch, rock bass, and other sunfish are mispresented as “perch” on the menus. We accept no substitutes, and recommend that you get some yellow perch on your taste buds—preferably after you’ve reeled him in yourself. I think this goes without saying, but fish caught by your own hand always tastes better. Sink your teeth into this cool one piece we’ve made after the yellow perch. It’s just so darn delicious.
We don’t like to view animals solely as a food source, but the yellow perch is one of those fish that’s just so darn delicious. Here at Gill Mcfinn’s™, we mostly enjoy the sport of fishing, but just can’t help ourselves when a fish is breaded, fried, and finds its way into our mouths. Don’t you just love it when that happens? The yellow perch is just so tasty, and so is our Romper.
